Pam Novak is a wine and spirits industry strategist, operator, and founder of Portfolio Innovations, specializing in high-impact brand, revenue, and AI-enabled growth initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience, Pam has led portfolio expansion, brand transformation, and route-to-market strategy at some of the industry’s most respected organizations—including C. Mondavi & Family, where she played a pivotal role in a 250% portfolio expansion, launching and scaling brands across California and Europe.

 

Today, Pam works selectively with wineries, distilleries, and industry partners on special projects—from repositioning premium brands and unlocking stalled revenue to implementing AI-driven marketing, DTC, and customer engagement systems. Her work blends strategic rigor, creative differentiation, and executional clarity, helping leadership teams move faster with fewer resources.
